From Northern State Parkway (either direction):

Take Meadowbrook Parkway South towards Jones Beach (Exit 31A).
Get off Exit M4 (Route 24 West towards Hempstead/Coliseum) - very long exit ramp.
Bear left at fork on exit ramp.
Make left at first light.
Entrance is on left – follow signs to Visitor or Employee Parking (either one is fine).

From Long Island Expressway:

Heading East:Merge onto Northern State Parkway via Exit 38 towards Hauppauge.
Merge onto Meadowbrook Parkway South via Exit 31A towards Jones Beach.
Get off Exit M4 (Route 24 West towards Hempstead/Coliseum) – very long ramp.
Bear left at fork on exit ramp.
Make left at first light.
Entrance is on left – Follow signs to Visitor or Employee Parking (either one is fine).

Heading West:Merge onto Northern State Parkway via Exit 42 towards New York.
Merge onto Meadowbrook Parkway via Exit 31A towards Jones Beach.
Bear left at fork to enter onto Meadowbrook Parkway.
Take Exit M4 (Route 24 West towards Hempstead/Coliseum) – very long ramp.
Bear left at fork on exit ramp.
Make left at first light.
Entrance is on left – Follow signs to Visitor or Employee Parking (either one is fine).

From Sunrise Highway and Southern State Parkway:

Merge onto Meadowbrook Parkway North towards Mineola.
Once on Meadowbrook Parkway, take Exit M4 (Route 24 West towards Hempstead/Coliseum).
Make left at first light.
Entrance is on left – Follow signs to Visitor or Employee Parking (either one is fine).

Enter the Complex via either entrance between the two large glass buildings and take the escalator located in the center of the reception area to the second floor. After stepping off the escalator, go left down the hallway to the two elevator banks and take the right bank to the 6th Floor. After exiting the elevator, let the receptionist know you are here to see Vessa Wilensky, P.C.
